Important Terms and Conditions

Approved Vendors : All goods sold must be purchased from FRANCHISOR'S approved vendors.

Store Design and Setup : Design and setup of the store must align with FRANCHISOR'S specifications.

Product/Service Restrictions : There are restrictions on products/services offered.

Pre-Opening Requirements : All pre-opening requirements must be fulfilled prior to restaurant opening.

Marketing Protocol : All marketing efforts require corporate approval prior to issuance. A single Instagram account represents the entire Crab N Spice brand. A Facebook account will be created for each Franchisee. Corporate will have access to ALL social media accounts.

Account Access : Corporate will have access to POS and Delivery Service accounts.

Please note that these are just a few of the key responsibilities and stipulations associated with joining the Crab N Spice Group. It is essential to thoroughly review the Franchise Agreement and comply with all terms and conditions.
